Deep Tissue:
Firm to heavy pressure applied to the body in order to reduce muscle tension, acute or chronic pain, muscle stiffness and increase joint mobility.

Reflexology:
Focused pressure is applied to different areas on each foot that corresponds to areas, organ systems and glands of the body.

Hot Stone Massage:
Hot stones are used all over the body regions in order to apply heat and pressure down into the muscles, which helps with stress relief, muscle tension and soreness.

Prenatal Massage:
This massage is specialized for expecting mothers with the use of a prenatal massage table with removable padding for the tummy and breasts areas for ultimate relaxation.

Please make sure if your pregnancy is high risk or if your having any complications or medical concerns to speak with your OBGYN to make sure that massage will be safe for you to have during your pregnancy.

Tranquility Massage:
Pamper yourself with this ultimate relaxing massage, with your choice of a Swedish or Deep Tissue pressure. Included in the massage are a couple hot stones used across the back region, scalp massage with Moroccan oil, seasonal foot scrub with hot towels, your choice of Aromatherapy Hawaiin oil, hot towels on the back and AHAVA hand and foot cream.

Aromatherapy: $3
Your choice of a single or blend aroma that is incorporated throughout the massage to breath in and mixed with oil or lotion and applied to the body as part of the massage.

Partial Hot Stone: $5
Hot stones are used on the back, neck, and shoulder areas, to apply heat and pressure in order to relax muscles, relieve tension, sore muscles, and helps the body to relax and de-stress. *If you would prefer to have other areas than your back, neck and shoulders for the hot stones, please let your therapist know.

Scalp Massage: $3
Enjoy a relaxing scalp massage with a Morrocan oil applied to hydrate, nourish and add shine to the scalp.

Foot Scrub: $6
Homemade seasonal foot scrub used to exfoliate, smooth and soften your feet. Feet are then wrapped in hot towels and ends with a relaxing foot massage.

CBD Topical Cream: $6
Contains zero THC. Used for pain, soreness and inflammation. Applied to a specific area or region.

CBD Massage Oil $8 Zero THC. CBD massage oil applied and massaged as a full body massage. Can help to lower pain and inflammation due to Arthritis, Anxiety, Insomnia, Chronic Pain, Reduce muscle soreness, Promotes calming.

Foot cream- Nourishes, hydrates and softens dry feet. Made with nutrient-rich dead sea water. Hypoallergenic/vegan/paraben free.

Hand cream- Hydrates, moisturizes and softens dry hands. Made with nutrient-rich dead sea water and smoothing witch hazel.

*A $15 no show fee will be charged for a client that no show's for their appointment or does not contact me prior to appointment to cancel or reschedule. This fee will be charged at the next massage appointment.
